Fe:ZnSe clear ceramics have been prepared by spark plasma sintering. Fe:ZnSe powders synthesized through co?precipitation yielded perfectly?dispersed particles with an average particle size of 550 nm. These powders had been in the cubic phase Fe:ZnSe, indicating the effective substitution of Fe²
